The Village
A community for Feminine Leaders
Becoming her
was never meant
to happen alone.
However you've worked with Moon deeply, you did the work. The Village is where you stay in motion. Not alone.
Who You're Becoming
A woman who implements. Witnessed in her growth. Held by her mentor and her sisters, not doing it alone.
This is not about learning more. It's about becoming her. Secure. At peace. Nourished in life and in business. Her inner security speaks through her embodiment, and her radiance follows.
Entrepreneurship is not easy. The world is only getting louder, and we need each other more than we ever have. The biggest flaw in this culture is separation. Not just in our day to day, but on the path of real soul work, we need the village.
This is what The Village holds. The easy, the hard, and everything in between. The support that lets you show up more as yourself. More bold. More fierce. More clear. More you. Because you do it hand in hand with your village, not alone.
What The Village is:
Not a new program.
Not more curriculum.
A room that stays open after the container closes.
Who it is for:
Women who have learned from Moon long-term: Creadora, 1:1, or future offerings. Women who are not ready to build in isolation again.
You've worked with Moon deeply and want to keep building inside a circle.
You don't need more content. You need a place to bring the real questions as they come up.
You know momentum doesn't hold itself. You want a circle of feminine leaders around you who won't let it drop.
Live Guidance, every two weeks
One hour, live, with Moon and the Village.
Moon's feedback and guidance on your service and creations
Energetic and inner-growth for your evolution as a feminine leader
It's feminine and masculine integrated: strategy held alongside embodiment and intuition
Online Community
Three spaces inside one community, each with its own purpose.
Q&A: drop your questions anytime. They're answered in the next Village live call, unless marked urgent, in which case Moon answers directly in the chat.
The Village Chat: always open. A group of women doing life and business together, and you're always welcome to connect. There is real power in friendship with women on the same journey of empowerment and leadership. Women within Namico are welcome here too.
Instagram Post Support: share your posts here to receive real love and engagement from the other women.
A growing Circle
A growing circle of feminine leaders who've worked with Moon deeply, held in one room.
Stay in touch with the leaders you've already built alongside
Meet new, like-minded creative leaders as more women complete Creadora + 1:1 work and join over time
A room that grows as you do, not one you age out of.
How This Is DifferentA program has an end date.
Your purpose doesn't.
Moon's programs are containers with a beginning and an end, built to take you through a specific shift, in a defined window of time. The Village isn't that. It's not a curriculum, and there's nothing to finish.
A program is nothing if it's not integrated. Women in leadership don't just need a program. They need a village for life: a room that stays open after the container closes, where the questions that come up next don't have to wait for your next launch, your next 1:1 season, or your next reason to reach out.
The Village is that room. Integration, support, and community, for as long as you're creating. Exclusively for those who have done the work.
A Community for Feminine Leaders. However you've worked with Moon deeply, you did the work. The Village is where you stay in motion. Not alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Recordings are always there, so the guidance never depends on your schedule. Most women don't fall off because they missed a call. They fall off because there was no room to come back to. This one stays open.
-
No, and that's the point. Programs end. Most women lose 80% of what they built in a container within months of it closing, not because the work wasn't real, but because there was nowhere to keep integrating it. The Village is that missing piece. It's not more curriculum, it's the structure that makes everything you already invested in actually stick.
-
This is exactly the moment it matters most. The weeks right after a container closes are when women quietly go back to building alone, and that's when momentum dies. You didn't do this work to let it fade in isolation. The Village is how you protect what you built, right when it's most fragile.
-
It's built so you never have to depend on remembering, if the chat is not what you value.
The call rhythm is set for you, a live call every two weeks, so the value comes to you rather than waiting for you to go find it.
And when you do check in on the chat, whether that's once a week or once a month, the room is exactly what it was: guidance, women, and momentum, ready when you are.
The chat is also very relevant for you to ask the questions you need when you need it, those moments can make all the difference and to receive personalized coaching at such a low rate is exclusive for you.

This isn't a one-time minimum, it renews as another 3-month commitment, billed monthly. That's intentional. Real change doesn't happen in a month, and this space is for women who value stability, not decision fatigue. You commit once, then you're actually in the container together, instead of asking yourself every 30 days whether to stay.
-
Informal contact fades. No one's job is to keep it alive, so it quietly does not. The Village is structured to not let that happen: live guidance from Moon, a rhythm that keeps the relationships active, and new leaders joining over time so the circle keeps growing instead of slowly going quiet.
One less thing for you to create, and an opportunity to simply receive and be held.

Yes. The teachings are the same ones, you just experienced them in a more intimate way. And for you especially, this might be even more powerful. Everything you learned 1:1 now gets community added to it: a group of women processing similar questions, other leaders to bounce ideas off of, real connections you wouldn't have built one-on-one. You already have the foundation. This is where it gets to expand.

This is still a premium space, priced intentionally for our alumni. The community alone, a chat of high-quality women in leadership, is worth far more than $130 a month on its own. But you'll get the most out of it if you actually use it: show up for connection, bring a real business question live, share a post, or just find the one woman you resonate with. Even if it's only that one connection, it's worth it. The value here is bigger than the price.
